Nyenrode Business Universiteit is the only private university in the Netherlands. Founded in 1946, the university is located in a 13th century castle, just 20 minutes south of Amsterdam. Recognized as the best business university in the Netherlands, Nyenrode offers a variety of business courses, all taught in English.
Nyenrode’s Career and Personal Development (CPD) department serves all master’s students and alumni. Our mission is to help students and alumni realize their professional goals by laying a solid foundation for career management, personal branding skills and providing contact with the corporate world. The essence of the CPD experience at Nyenrode is to help students and alumni discover who they are, what they are good at and what they want to achieve. The services offered by the CPD include: career and networking events, personal and professional development workshops, guidance on CVs and cover letters, career coaching, interview simulations.

Pathways
Unlike Brazil, there are no entrance exams in other countries. Admission for international students is usually determined by academic performance, a good level of English, extracurricular activities, volunteer work, references, and good results on standardized tests (IELTS, TOEFL, SAT). In the United Kingdom and Australia, the Foundation program is mandatory for Brazilian students who have completed high school. It lasts an average of nine months, and it is possible to enroll on various dates throughout the year. In the US and Canada, Pathways is a great option for entering excellent universities, as it is a preparatory program with university credits. It lasts between six and twelve months, with enrollment dates throughout the year.
